Water Ski World is not responsible for delays or losses caused by FedEX, USPS or other parcel couriers. We will do our best to aid you in the event that a package does go missing. It is the customers
responsibility to check the tracking number provided and notify us of any problems that come up. In the event of a loss, money will be fully refunded after a claim is processed by the courier. Our policy is to
process expedited orders the same day if the buyer selects FedEX Overnight or USPS 2nd Day Air if ordered before 2PM Pacific Standard Time. Regular orders using USPS or FedEX Ground are normally processed and
shipped withing 1-2 business days. We verify all addresses before shipping any product.
