RETURNS
Returns allowed within 30 days, new condition with tags. We apply a 15% restocking fee, and no refund on shipping. Buyer pays return shipping. After 30 days, if item is still in new condition with tags, we apply a 20% restock fee. No return allowed if item is used, or tags removed, or more than 90 days after purchase. Please contact us before doing a return so we may locate your order number. Delivery refusal is subject to a 20% restock fee.

ORDER AND SHIPPING POLICIES
Orders over $500 must be shipped to customers Billing Address. Prices are subject to verifiable manufacturers' price increases and decreases. We are not responsible for typographical errors and all items are subject to availability and prior sales. We do not ship to Hotels unless previous arrangements made by waterskiworld. We accept all major credit cards and checks. Checks must be made payable to Water Ski World and drawn on a U.S. bank. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery on personal check orders.

The Order Confirmation Does Not Constitute a final Offer or Contract. All Orders Are Subject To Management Review and Approval.

Water Ski World is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the FEDEX, USPS, or other Couriers. It is the customers responsibility to check the tracking number provided and notify us of a problem. In the event of a loss, money will be fully refunded after a claim is processed by the Courier. Our policy is to process expedited orders the same day if buyer selects FEDEX overnight or USPS 2nd day air, but we must receive the order before 11 AM California time to get it in the mail that day. Regular orders using USPS or Fed-Ex Ground are normally processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days. We verify shipping address before shipping.

Release of product Liability:
Buyer acknowledges releasing Water Ski World of any liability for products purchased from us. Waterskiworld will not be held liable in any way for boating accidents that happen using this purchased equipment. Buyer is responsible for the final decision on choice, use, and installation of a product including size, fit, length, weight, skill level, USCGA approved vs non USCGA approved products, etc. By purchasing from Water Ski World, buyer acknowledges this disclaimer. Please read up on boating safety, boating laws, and heed all warning labels that appear on products before using any product.
 

Release of liability regarding non-compliant vests: A vest that is not US Coast Guard Approved, non-USCG, means that the garment is not a Life Jacket. This garment is not approved by the U.S. Coast Guard, Canadian Department of Transportation, or any other agency making official approvals of flotation devices. No express or implied warranties are made concerning its use of merchantability.

This garment cannot be considered a safety vest of any kind and is not designed to protect the user from impact. It should be worn only by experienced wakeboarders engaged in competitive wakeboarding where safety factors such as patrol boats and pickup boats are actively present, and the wakeboarder is under constant observation.

This garment should not be worn by anyone who cannot swim. The buoyancy factor and its distribution in the jacket is not sufficient to float a conscious or unconscious person in a "face out of water position".

Injury or drowning could occur while wearing this garment. Wear this garment at your own risk.

"Manufacturer and or retailer" shall not, under any circumstances be liable for loss of use or any consequential damages sustained by the Customer. All other warranties expressed or implied, and remedies with respect to the condition or use of the product, which might otherwise be provided by law in any jurisdiction, are specifically excluded.
